Privacy & local storage
MilesMap calculates transfer plans in your browser. It does not require a login, card number, bank connection or loyalty account credentials.
Your planner
Selected cards, points balances, travel goals and planner settings are stored in this browser's local storage. The app does not send these entries to a server. Local storage belongs to this browser and site address, so another device or domain will have a separate planner. Clearing browser data removes your saved planner.
Exporting and importing
An exported JSON file contains your card selections, balances and goals. Keep it private. Imported files are read locally on your device. Import replaces the current planner, with an Undo option until you reload. Start fresh also offers Undo until reload.
Hosting and external services
Vercel hosts the site and receives standard web requests, which may include your IP address and request details. The main app loads fonts from Google Fonts. Source links open issuer and loyalty program websites, whose own privacy policies apply. MilesMap does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
